30-Day Return Policy: General Rules
The 30-day trial period will begin from the tracked delivery date. If you decide to return a product, the mailing date should be no later than 30 days from the tracked delivery date. Also, keep in mind that the returns policy applies to hearing aids and remotes only.
Note: the returns policy will not apply if a CROS Hearing Aids device has been modified or damaged, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of CROS Hearing Aids. In such cases, you will not be refunded for the full amount of the device.
You will only be refunded the amount you actually paid and not the value of anything before any discounts, promotions, etc.
Return Policy based on Medical Opinion
Within one (1) year from the date of your CROS solution purchase, you may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund of the purchase price if you receive a written opinion from an ENT, otolaryngologist, audiologist or licensed physician/General Practitioner qualified to diagnose diseases of the ear, subsequent to purchasing a CROS solution providing that you either have a hearing impairment for which a CROS system provides no benefit or have a medical condition which contraindicates the use of a CROS system and as a result of either condition, you have experienced no improvement in the quality of your hearing.
Loss or Damage During the 30-day Right to Return Period
If one or both devices is lost or damaged beyond normal use during the 30-day right to return period, the system cannot be returned for a refund regardless of medical opinion. Refunds are issued only if all original components are returned within the 30-day period.
