Upon completing your online hearing test and purchasing your hearing aids, you will receive the following complimentary services:
Medical and Lifestyle Telecare Consultation: A free initial consultation to assess your listening needs, optimise your hearing aid programs for your lifestyle, and determine if a medical referral is necessary.
Assistance with the Signia App: Support in connecting and configuring the Signia App to enable self-adjustments and control of your hearing aids. A telecare appointment may be required for this setup.
Follow-Up Fine-Tuning Appointment: A remote session to make any necessary professional adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Additionally, we offer ongoing support on a pay-as-you-go basis, providing access to expert care whenever and wherever you need it.

Hearing Aid CROS / BiCROS Warranty Repairs - 2 Years
No Cost
Both the CROS and hearing aid are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty for 2 years. At no cost to you, Pocket Hearing will inspect the hearing device and repair or exchange the in-warranty unit with a new or refurbished unit at our sole discretion. The original warranty period remains in effect for the replacement device. We’ll send you a paid tracked return label. Replacement Hearing Device Battery Drawers

Although most hearings are rechargeable these days, you may have an older product. In which case, your hearing aid will have new replacement battery drawers fitted along with a professional service before being returned by Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked delivery. Online Professional Hearing Aid Programming.

Your hearing aids were professionally programmed at the start of your Pocket Hearing journey and you should have used the Signia App’s volume control and sound balance to personalise (self-program) your hearing aids. However, maybe your hearing has changed significantly or you’ve had a diagnostic hearing test that you’d like us to use to reprogram your devices with. Out of Warranty Hearing Aid / CROS /BiCROS Repairs

Pocket Hearing will inspect a hearing device and repair or replace the device with a like-for-like new or ‘good as new’ refurbished device at Pocket Hearing’s sole discretion, for £295 per device for up to 4 years from the original purchase. Professional Hearing Aid Service/Hearing Aid Reprogramming.

The outside of your hearing aid will be cleansed of any dirt, bacteria, and viruses. The speaker filter will be removed and the speaker tube will be microsuctioned using a pre-sterilised, single-use, fine-end suction tube. The microphone filter and battery compartment will be brush-cleaned and microsuctioned. The speaker filter and sleeve or dome will be replaced with new parts. They will then be dried and disinfected in a dehumidifying UV chamber. If reprogramming is required, then this will be completed as well. Pay Here.

Many hearing aid ‘repairs’ are not repairs and are more of a cleaning issue. Often the hearing aid microphone or speaker filters are blocked. In these cases, we will carry out the Professional Hearing Aid Service and charge the above rate regardless of warranty status.
