Hearing Aid CROS / BiCROS Warranty Repairs - 2 Years
No Cost
Both the CROS and hearing aid are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty for 2 years. At no cost to you, CROShearingaids.com will inspect the hearing device and repair or exchange the in-warranty unit with a new or refurbished unit at our sole discretion. The original warranty period remains in effect for the replacement device. We’ll send you a paid tracked return label. Replacement Hearing Device Battery Drawers & Extraction Cords
£70 each
Your hearing aid will have new replacement battery drawers or extraction cords fitted along with a professional service before being returned by Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked delivery. These are not covered under the warranty. Additional International shipping fees may apply to postage if not UK-based.
Professional Hearing CROS System Service
£70 Both
Sometimes things just need a really good deep clean. The speaker filters will be removed and the speaker tubes will be vacuumed using a pre-sterilised, single-use, fine-end suction tube. The microphone filters will be removed brush-cleaned and vacuumed along with the battery compartment. The speaker filter, sleeve and dome will be replaced. They will then be dried and disinfected in a dehumidifying UV chamber.
Out of Warranty Hearing Aid / CROS /BiCROS Repairs
£295
CROShearingaids.com will inspect your hearing devices and repair or replace the device with a like for like new or ‘good as new’ refurbished device at CROShearingaids.com sole discretion, for £295 per device for up to 4 years from the original purchase. A 6-month repair warranty on the repaired or replaced device is included. You will be responsible for the hearing devices during transit to us so please send tracked, signed and insured for the appropriate amount.
Professional CROS/BiCROS Reprogramming
£70 Both
Your CROS / BiCROS Hearing Aid system was professionally programmed using your audiogram and consultation information. You have probably been using your Signia App’s volume control and sound balance to personalise (self-program) your hearing aids. However, maybe your hearing has changed significantly or you’ve had another hearing test that you’d like us to use to re-program your devices.
